Prom...

So...big news! I now have a date for Prom! Will, being the amazing guy he is, is coming out here for my prom. Partly because he doesn't want me to go with another guy (I wouldn't anyways, so it doesn't really matter) and partly because I asked him if he would be my date for such a special occasion in every girls life. I have found a dress...although not perfectly modest, it is a gorgeous dress and is incredibly cheap for a prom dress. It's only $65! That's crazy cheap for a prom dress. I will post pictures as soon as I get them, but for now, just be excited for me! haha.

New Mexico Trip!

I am finally home from my 11 day trip to New Mexico to visit my friend and boyfriend. It was a total blast! I loved every minute of it! It was weird upon first seeing him and his sister, but the awkwardness quickly went away. By the time we were on our way home we were holding hands.
Kelsey and I on the way from the airport my first day there.

While there I mostly just hung out with his family and sisters. They are a lot like my family, so being there for Easter wasn't as weird as I thought it was going to be. I did miss mine though, but celebrated it a lot like I would've if I had been home. Easter Sunday was great. Will (my boyfriend) went to church with me which was a big deal seeing as he hadn't been to church in four years prior to Easter. His mom cried when she saw him sitting in the pew with me, and his dad cried as well when he found out. It was great! Sadly I didn't get a picture of him in his black shirt and green tie...SO CUTE!...but I'm sure I'll see it again seeing as it's the only church clothes he has right now.
Will and I the night before I was supposed to leave at his sisters house.

While there, I had one of my dream dates. It was actually a double date with his little sister (my friend) and her boyfriend. We had dinner and went to a movie, then went to a park and went on the swings, followed by going to their high school and laying on the track mats and looking at the stars. It was great!

I was supposed to be there for 10 days, but luckily it turned out to be 11. My flight was delayed an hour meaning I was going to miss my connecting flight in Cincinnati, so they booked me for a flight at 6:30 the next morning. It was exactly what I needed seeing as I didn't want to leave and had been crying practically the whole way to the airport. We spent our last day together going around Albuquerque exploring. When we got back to the hotel, he had to do homework on my computer and I fell asleep on one of the beds.

The next morning I left for home bright and early with less tears than the day before.
