Packing for College is one of the most difficult things I have ever had to do. I never realized how many things I have that are so precious to me! Things like my bed, stuffed animals, and my bulletin board...they are all things that I will miss tremendously when I am gone. Silly, I know...but nonetheless true. Mostly, I'm going to miss a lot of people, and I now realize that I won't be able to see or talk to them for a long time. Okay, so 4 months isn't THAT long, but it is when you're used to talking to them everyday, every week, or even every month.
I have cleaned out my closet, packing away the clothes that I will be shipping out west and putting things that I won't use in 30 gallon bins for storage. Most of what I need will be bought once I am already out there. School is paid for, but food and things like that is not. I will have to deal with that when the time comes. I leave on the 13th...crazy I know. This Sunday will be the last Sunday I am here and then I'll be a college student! I'm terrified and scared silly, but at the same time so incredibly excited.

Carowinds
Two years ago when I went to Six Flags with my best friends family, I was too scared to go on a roller coaster until we were about to leave...then found I loved them and rode it 2 more times. Today I can officially say that I am completely over my fear of any kind of ride after my flight experience at Carowinds this past weekend. My best friend Jordan and I paid the $15 each to have the chance to "fly." I was terrified, but I did it!!! I was so proud of myself and of Jordan who pulled the cord that let us drop. It was soooo much fun, but I drowned Jordan out with my blood curdling scream. It's the funniest part of the video.
