I made Spaghetti and Meatballs for the first time tonight! I was very proud of myself. They turned out amazing! Just like my Mom's (Thanks for the recipe!).
The stove as I was cooking. Yes there are 2 pots of noodles. My roommate can't eat flour (sad huh?) so I was cooking her special noodles.

It's also my roommate Rachel's birthday today! So I made a Chocolate Eggless Cake. It was good, but not as yummy as my Mom's. I need to keep working on it!

I want Mom's recipe. I wonder how I missed that one? Maybe because she never made meatballs when I was a kid. We got goulash! Ha ha! I made that tonight for my family. I had to call Mom because I don't have a recipe. I ended up making way too much, and Mom wasn't home so I just added whatever. It turned out okay.
By the way, you look amazingly happy!
Ha! Are you sure you had the right number? I had to go through you (I'm pretty sure you were at John and Jane's), Laura and Mike to get their new number finally. When I told mom all she said was, "I thought we gave it to you?" NO! She hadn't. Nor had she told Laura. I felt loved. But yes...if you need our parents number, just call me or Mike. We have it!
